A New Type of
Coffee Roaster
Launched in April 2021, our coffee is guided by one simple principle: Make Specialty Coffee Accessible and Fun. Our co-owners, Andrew Lutes and Kelly Fineman, have a combined 20 years of experience in the coffee industry and understand the importance of maintaining the quality of specialty coffee while also making it accessible to everyone.
At Dogebeans Coffee, we accomplish this by sourcing only the best quality green coffees, following fair-trade practices, and roasting each origin to bring out its distinct and unique characteristics. You don’t need to be a coffee expert to enjoy our coffee – simply order our signature “Dogebeans Rise” and you’ll taste the highest caliber of Ethiopian coffee!
We believe that Dodgebeans Coffee should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. That’s why we take care of all the details, making sure that you can sit back and relax while savoring our delicious brews.
Why the Name
Dogebeans?
Our name and logo are inspired the popular “Doge” meme and the cryptocurrency Dogecoin. Dogecoin resonated with us due to its silly nature and unique positioning as an on-ramp into the crypto ecosystem, which is how we like to approach our coffee. We’re proud to be on the cutting edge of blockchain technology by being one of the first coffee roasters to accept cryptocurrency for coffee subscriptions and in-person payments and what better way to celebrate that than giving ourselves a fun doge name!
Doge is also commonly referred to as the acronym for “Doing Only Good Everyday” and we’re committed to making this a part of our everyday reality.
